Transverse
Normal intrauterine pregnancy with a 12 weeks alive fetus within the endometrial cavity. The placenta is in the anterior fundal location.
The intrauterine contraceptive device is seen at the left side of the amniotic sac, insinuated behind the left lateral edge of the placenta. It lies 6 cm from the internal os.
No subchorionic collection is noted.
