Case Discussion

Right-handed batsmen presented with a history of right knee pain and swelling on the anterior side. The patient had difficulty in playing 'sweep shot' during batting. During the 'sweep shot'; the dominant knee touches the ground. Ultrasound findings favor prepatellar bursitis which explains the patient's complaint.
