Presentation

This patient presented encephalopathic and very hypertensive

Axial FLAIR at presentation and 2 weeks later.

The bilateral occipital high signal on FLAIR, consistent with PRES. Followup scan two weeks later, after blood pressure control and resolution of symptoms demonstrated resolution of radiological findings.

Case Discussion

This patient presented encephalopathic and very hypertensive. The bilateral occipital high signal on FLAIR was considered consistent with PRES. Followup scan two weeks later, after blood pressure control and resolution of symptoms demonstrated resolution of radiological findings also.
