Prevesical ureteral stone with hydronephrosis

Presentation

Left lower quadrant pain, microhaematuria, grade 2 hydronephrosis on ultrasound.

Patient Data

Gender: Female

A small stone is visible in the distal left ureter close to the VU junction. CT urography demonstrates the resultant hydroureter and hydronephrosis.
