Patient Data

Age: 50 years
Gender: Female

Several foci of meningeal enhancement, most prominent around the temporal poles and around the midbrain and pons.
FLAIR punctate white matter hyperintensities spread over the cerebral hemispheres, very few of which enhance post-contrast, plus tiny ones in the cerebellar hemispheres.
There is only bilateral temporal horn dilatation, right greater than left, as an early sign of hydrocephalus.
