Presentation
Iatrogenic perforation of duodenum during EGD, followed by surgical Graham's patch repair. Naso-jejunal tube seen in situ Duodenal perforation ???
Patient Data
Smooth passage of contrast seen from stomach up to C-loop of the duodenum. There is contrast filled saccular outpouching noted arising from the junction of 2nd and 3rd part of duodenum superiorly, representing diverticulum. It is showing well-circumscribed margins. No contrast leakage is noted during examination. No filling defect or hold up of contrast is seen. No abnormal extrinsic indentation or narrowing is observed. Visualized jejunal loops appear normal (partly visualized).

Case Discussion
Diverticula are seen as saccular outpouchings from the duodenum that may contain gas, fluid, contrast or food debris or any combination of these. They often contain a gas-fluid or gas-contrast level.
