Presentation
Abdominal discomfort.
Patient Data

Bilobed arterial enhancing submucosal mass along the lesser curve of the gastric body. Smaller mass along lower gastric body. Likely a third mass in the upper antrum, which is not as arterially-enhancing. Numerous arterial enhancing liver masses.

Endoscopic ultrasound image of gastric mass biopsy prior to biopsy.
Case Discussion
Both the liver lesions and gastric masses were biopsied revealing well-differentiated neuroendocrine tumor. Pathology from gastrectomy confirmed multifocal gastric neuroendocrine tumor.
This case highlights the value of late arterial phase imaging for evaluation of NET. Notice how helpful the liver windows can be for really bringing out the differential enhancement of tumor from normal background tissue.
