An irregular fairly defined right intraspinal epidural soft tissue mass lesion at the level of the T11, T12, and L1 vertebrae. It displaces the cord to the left side. It shows ipsilateral right neural foraminal extension to the right paravertebral and retrocrural regions.
The mass demonstrates isointense/low signal on T1WI and high signal on T2WI, showing homogeneous post contrast enhancement.
Biopsy proven non Hodgkin lymphoma.
