Presentation
Past medical history of hepatitis C presents for further management of an incidental right renal mass detected on CT performed for elevated LFTs.
Patient Data

There is a 5.3 cm subcapsular mass along the posterior aspect of the right superior renal pole. The mass demonstrates iso to hypointense signal on T2-WI, hypointense signal on T1-WI, and enhancement.

Axial PET/CT images demonstrate a 5.3 cm hypoattenuating and enhancing subcapsular right renal mass with marked FDG avidity.

Grey-scale and color Doppler US images of the right kidney demonstrate a 5.3cm hypoechoic subcapsular right renal mass without significant color Doppler flow.
Case Discussion
The patient underwent a biopsy of the renal mass. The pathology report confirmed marginal zone lymphoma. Upon treatment of his hepatitis C viral infection, the mass resolved.
