Abdominal pain, weight loss, and fever.

Patient Data

Age: 80 years
Gender: Female

Expansive lesion in the left upper lobe, juxtamediastinal, suspicious for malignancy.
Expansive lesions in the adrenal glands bilaterally, suggestive of secondary metastases.

Case Discussion

Primary sarcomatoid carcinoma of the lung, proven on biopsy.
