Abdominal pain, weight loss, and fever.

Patient Data

Age: 80 years
Gender: Female

Expansive lesion in the left upper lobe, juxtamediastinal, suspicious for malignancy.
Expansive lesions in the adrenal glands bilaterally, suggestive of adrenal metastases.
