Elevated ALP and bilirubin.

Patient Data

Age: 75
Gender: Male
Modality: MRI

The left liver lobe is very small, probably due to segmental cirrhosis, and contains dilated peripheral bile ducts. MRCP shows a moderate stricture of the left hepatic duct at the bifurcation. The gallbladder had been removed earlier.
