Age: 40 years
Gender: Male

There is diffuse bilobar biliary dilatation with beaded appearance. Stricture and narrowing noted at confluence level involving right and left hepatic ducts origin and common hepatic duct.  

MRCP images depicts the biliary dilatation and stricturing more clearly.
