Probable bronchogenic carcinoma with adrenal metastasis

A 50-year-old man presented with dyspnea.CXR was performed(not shown here) and presence of bilateral hilar mass warranted further workup with CT scan.

Patient Data

Age: 50-year
Gender: Male

CTscan through the chest and upper abdomen shows bilateral soft tissue mass with lobular margin in the lower zone of both lungs associated with massive pretracheal and prevascular lymphadenopathy.There is also a nodule in the right adrenal glands which is suggestive of metastasis from lung cancer.

Case Discussion

Bilateral lobular mass in the both lungs associated with right adrenal nodule. Bronchoscopy and biopsy was performed.
