Probable uterine lipoleiomyoma

Presentation

Complaining of dysuria for last 1 week.

Patient Data

Age: 40
Gender: Female
Modality: Ultrasound

There is a well-defined, homogeneously echogenic, intramural lesion without vascularity in anterior wall of uterus. There are no cystic changes / calcification in lesion. 

There were no other positive findings.

Case Discussion

Uterine intramural echogenic lesion suggest presence of fat in lesion. Uterine lipoleiomyoma is commonest among lipomatous uterine tutors. Other very rare possibilities include  angiomyolipoma, fibromyolipoma, myelolipoma.
