Uterine lipoleiomyoma

There is a well-defined, homogeneously echogenic, intramural lesion without vascularity in the anterior wall of the uterus. There are no cystic changes/calcification within the lesion.
There were no other positive findings.
Case Discussion
Uterine intramural echogenic lesion suggest presence of fat within the lesion. Uterine lipoleiomyoma is commonest among lipomatous uterine tutors. Other very rare possibilities include angiomyolipoma, fibromyolipoma, myelolipoma.
