Dense conglomerates of consolidations were noted in both upper lung lobes forming mass-like opacities in association with adjacent innumerable tiny dense nodules distributed throughout both lungs mainly in the upper lobes and right middle lobe along with architecture distortion and para cicatricial emphysema in upper lobes prominent in the right.

Imaging findings are compatible with complicated silicosis with progressive massive fibrosis.
