CECT abdomen and pelvis

ct

Well-defined round vividly enhancing pedunculated mass lesion in the endocervical canal, arising from the uterine anterior wall.

No other significant abnormality in the abdomen and pelvis.

Case Discussion

The imaging findings are likely due to a pedunculated/prolapsed endometrial polyp. The close differential includes prolapsed submucosal leiomyoma/fibroid, however, vivid enhancement is uncommon in the leiomyoma.
