Prolapsed endometrial polyp

The MRI sequences demonstrate a large well-defined pedunculated intracavitary mass, arising from the anterior uterine wall, prolapsing into the vagina through an enlarged endocervical canal. It displays an isosignal on T1, low signal on T2 as compared to the endometrium with surrounding hyperintense fluid and endometrium. The postcontrast sequences show a heterogeneous enhancement. Minimal effusion in Douglas pouch. No pelvic lymphadenopathy is seen.
