CT

Rounded hypoattenuating focus within the inferior portion of the right lentiform nucleus most consistent with a prominent perivascular space.

Typical CT and MRI appearance of a prominent perivascular space inferiorly within the basal ganglia which should not be mistaken for a lacunar infarct.
