Prominent thymus - sail sign

Chest x-rays demonstrate a prominent sail-like opacity in the superior mediastinum and left upper zone consistent with a prominent but normal thymus.

Prominent left sided thymus in a 6-month-old with a typical thymic sail sign morphology.
