Evidence of a focal abnormality is seen at the right peripheral zone base, posterior aspect, with low T2, low ADC, high DWI, and early post-contrast enhancement, findings consistent with a Likert score of 5 (prostate cancer).
No other lesion is identified.
Normal seminal vesicles. No lymphadenopathy. The visualized bones appear normal.
Case Discussion
MR multi parametric prostate is cornerstone in diagnosis of prostate cancer. MRI prostate plays crucial role for staging of prostate cancer.
