High prostate-specific antigen (PSA) level. Transrectal ultrasound shows a suspicious lesion.

Evidence of a focal abnormality is seen at the right peripheral zone base, posterior aspect, with low T2, low ADC, high DWI, and early post-contrast enhancement, findings consistent with a Likert score of 5 (prostate cancer).

No other lesion is identified.

Normal seminal vesicles. No lymphadenopathy. The visualized bones appear normal.
