There is marked focal PSMA uptake in the right side of the prostate corresponding to the primary tumor. There is a 10 mm mildly PSMA avid right pelvic sidewall lymph node which is likely involved. No nodal or metastatic disease elsewhere.

F-18 PSMA is useful in the staging of high risk prostate cancer patients being considered for radical therapy.
