Prostate cancer with bone and lymph nodes metastasis
Male, 65 years old, with high PSA, biopsy has proven prostate adenocarcinoma. Underwent pelvic MRI for staging

Hypointense lesion on T2 in the peripheral zone on the left side, affecting the apex and the middle third of the gland. The lesion has a restricted diffusion coefficient. There is early enhancement of the lesion after gadolinium injection.
There is also bilateral pelvic and right inguinal lymphadenopathy.
Bone metastasis with extension to the adjacent soft tissues is seen in the right acetabulum, ischium and pubis.
Pelvic study to evaluate extension of the biopsy proven prostate cancer demonstrating bilateral lymphadenopathy and bone metastasis.
