Presented with slight discomfort during micturition.
Patient Data

Transabdominal ultrasound findings include enlarged prostate measuring 50 x 36 x 41 mm (volume of 39 cc).

Case Discussion
The differentials for prostate cysts include Mullerian duct cysts and Utricle cysts.
Mullerian duct cysts are usually detected in the third to fourth decade, communication with urethra/bladder is uncommon and usually not associated with other genitourinary anomalies.
Utricle cysts are usually detected in the first and second decade of life, communication with urethra/bladder is common and are associated with other genitourinary anomalies.
