Presentation

Known case of prostatic cancer. The patient presented with headache followed by altered conscious status.

Patient Data

Age: 50 years
Gender: Male
ct

Abnormal irregular dural thickening and adjacent endosteal irregularity along the right fronto-temporo-pareital regions. This abnormal thickened dura shows post contrast enhancement. The thickened dura in the right temporal region measures 16 mm in thickness.

No intraparenchymal suspicious mass lesion is seen.

Case Discussion

Dural metastasis from prostate cancer is a rare entity and may mimic a subdural hematoma.
