Abnormal enlargement of the prostate gland is noted with heterogeneous peripherally enhancing collections showing central diffusion restriction. It shows a large right exophytic extra-capsular extension abutting the adjacent muscles.
Case Discussion
The features are suggestive of severe prostatitis complicated to prostatic abscesses formation.
