Thickening and T1 signal increase of the patellar tendon. Partial ligamentous tear (T2 fluid intensity) at the insertion on the tibial tuberosity. Bone marrow edema of the inferior patellar pole and tibial tuberosity, soft-tissue edema adjacent to the inferior patellar pole. Deep infrapatellar bursitis.
