Proximal colonic cancer

A 14 mm subcapsular hypodense lesion was seen in 5th segment of the liver. It remains hypodense on delayed phase images.
Increased wall thickness was seen in the cecum, proximal portion of ascending colon, and terminal ileum. Stranding was seen in adjacent fat. Also, a few lymph nodes are found in ileocecal region. The largest one is 15×13 mm. Also, a few small diverticula are present in the cecum. Appendix shows normal appearance.

Ileocecal lesion with fat stranding and regional lymphadenopathy; pathology proven adenocarcinoma.
