Presentation

Shortening of right lower limb since birth. Presents to control fracture healing.

Patient Data

Age: 7 years
Gender: Female

Hypoplasia of right femoral bone with mild hypoplastic femoral head and mild hypoplastic right acetabular fossa. The femoral neck is critical shortened and presented as multiple bone fragments. Because of upward displacement of femoral shaft and instability of the hip joint, it was performed osteosynthesis.
