Old humeral fracture with anterior shoulder dislocation, with probable avascular necrosis of the humeral head. Chest radiograph otherwise unremarkable.

Patient reported fall on ice two years ago. Didn't visit her physician, with no particular explanation. Severely reduced range of motion of her right shoulder.
