Multipart proximal humeral fracture. Some shortening of surgical neck. Displaced greater tuberosity.
Increased subacromial space with lipohemarthrosis.

Lipohemarthrosis is typically identified around the knee, but can be seen in other large joints, usually with significant fractures.
