Cortical irregularity and step-off of the superior aspect of the humeral head, representing a nondisplaced fracture. There are multiple punctate ossific densities just superior to the right glenoid, which could represent fracture fragments of the humeral head.
The right glenohumeral joint is maintained. The right acromioclavicular and coracoclavicular intervals are not widened.
Case Discussion
After stabilization upon clinical presentation, the patient underwent open-reduction internal fixation with surgical plates and screws.
