Middle finger dislocation at the proximal interphalangeal joint.
Middle and distal phalanges displaced in the palmar direction.
No displaced fractures identified.
Case Discussion
A digital nerve block was applied to the middle finger. It was then reduced in the emergency department to normal bony alignment.
