Case Discussion

Phalanx Fractures are common hand injuries that involve the proximal, middle, or distal phalanx. Treatment involves immobilization or surgical fixation depending on location, severity, and alignment of injury.

The decision regarding the operative approach and method of fixation is usually based on the surgeon's experience, fracture pattern, and size of fragments.
