Bony fusion of proximal end of radius and ulna, in keeping with proximal radioulnar synostosis.
Case Discussion
Proximal radio-ulnar synostosis is a bony fusion at the proximal aspect of the radius and ulna. The proximal 1/3 rd is considered the commonest site. It is often congenital but can rarely result from a post-traumatic situation.
