Proximal radioulnar synostosis

There is proximal radio-ulnar synostosis with loss of normal radiocapitellar alignment. The proximal radius appears inferiorly displaced. The proximal radius epiphysis is hypoplastic. There is no fracture.
Case Discussion
60% of proximal radio-ulnar synostosis is bilateral. Contralateral elbow radiographs were normal. There are some conditions associated with proximal radio-ulnar synostosis, however this was an isolated finding in our patient.
