Presentation

Painless swelling of the left leg posterior aspect near the knee joint.

Patient Data

Age: 15 years
Gender: Male

Left leg

x-ray

Radiographs of the left leg show a pedunculated bony exostosis arising from the posterior upper a third aspect of the tibia consistent with an osteochondroma.

Case Discussion

Findings in keeping with a tibial osteochondroma.
