3D volume rendered reconstruction of the CT data to produce a pseudo IVP appearance that can be rotated as it is a volume - urologists appreciate these images as they provide a more user-friendly image.  Note the calyceal detail - this can be of great value in asessment for percutaneous stone surgery as it allows the urologist to determine which calyx should be punctured (in relation to the ribs) in a format that is similar to that seen on the image intensifier.
