Right sided neck swelling and pain.

Patient Data

Age: 3 years
Gender: Female
x-ray

No fracture, dislocation or prevertebral soft tissue swelling. Slight asymmetry about the odontoid peg on dedicated view is a normal variant appearance in young children.
