No fracture, dislocation or prevertebral soft tissue swelling. Slight asymmetry about the odontoid peg on dedicated view is a normal variant appearance in young children.

Slight overhang of the lateral masses of C1 (pink) relative to the lateral masses of C2 (blue). This is a normal variant in young children.
