Axial C+ arterial phase
Axial contrast-enhanced CT in the arterial phase demonstrates a 3.4 x 3.0 cm pseudoaneurysm arising from the right subclavian artery.
The right common carotid artery and brachiocephalic artery are intact.
Case Discussion
Subclavian artery pseudoaneurysms are a very rare condition. Subclavian artery pseudoaneurysms, in most cases, results from penetrating or blunt trauma, or after surgical/interventional procedures.
