There is a well defined cystic hypoattenuated, enhancing lesion noted superior to the body of pancreas, inferior to the greater curvature of stomach, anteroinferior to the spleen and anterior to the upper pole of left kidney. The lesion is abutting the superior border of the body of pancreas and abutting and displacing the splenic vessels.
Imaging features are suggestive of pancreatic pseudocyst
