There is increased lucency in the greater tuberosity region of the humerus mimicking a lytic lesion.
Case Discussion
Pseudocyst of the humerus is seen as a lucent lesion on radiography due to the increased cancellous bone in the region of the greater tuberosity of the humerus. It should not be mistaken for a lytic lesion.
