Partially empty sella turcica is seen. Both optic nerves show mild tourtousity, prominent subarachnoid space, and optic disc bulging suggestive of papillodema.
Case Discussion
Overall findings are suggestive of idiopathic intracranial hypertension in the proper clinical settings.
