Pencil in cup deformities at first interphalangeal joint and fifth metatarsophalangeal joint.

Subluxations at the fourth metatarsophalangeal joint and fourth proximal interphalangeal joint.

Acro-osteolysis at the first distal phalanx.

Pencil-in-cup deformities are common in cases of psoriatic arthritis but not pathognomic. Joint subluxations, ankylosisand acro-osteolysis are also reported imaging findings.
