Presentation

Persistent fever and malaise in a young patient treated with antibiotics for pneumonia for more than three weeks.

Patient Data

Age: 25 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

There are opacities with an air-fluid level in regard of the posterobasal segment of the left lower lung, compatible with lung abscess.
