Pulmonary alveolar proteinosis

Bilateral diffuse reticulonodular patten is seen symmetrically in both the lungs.



HRCT reveals patchy ground glass opacities and interlobular septal thickening giving rise to so called crazy paving pattern, suggestive of pulmonary alveolar proteinosis
