Radiographic Findings
- Tracheobronchial abnormalities: Calcification
- Parenchymal abnormalities
- Multiple nodules up to 20 mm
- Interstitial disease: reticulonodular opacities
- Lymphadenopathy

- Tracheobronchial abnormalities: submucosal calcification
- Parenchymal abnormalities
- Nodules with calcification, reticulonodular opacities
- Ground-glass opacities, multiple variably sized cysts, thick bronchovascular bundles
- Lymphadenopathy: mediastinal nodules with diffuse to eggshell calcifications
Case Discussion
This 63 years old female patient showed recurrence of dyspnea with known diagnosis of light-chain amyloidosis.
Thus the plain X-ray gave no clues in comparison to prior shots.
CT scan revealed new massive ground glass opacity.
