Consolidation of the anterior segment of the left upper lobe with air bronchograms. Ground-glass opacities and small cavitations are seen centrally "reversed halo sign".
A pseudoaneurysm measuring about 1.5 cm is seen arising from the anterior wall of the left pulmonary artery adjacent to the consolidation.
Diffusely scattered ground glass opacities, mainly in the right middle lobe, lingula and left lower lobe.
No signs of pulmonary embolism.

Left upper lobectomy was performed and a diagnosis of fungal infection (mucormycosis) was established.
Case Discussion
This case demonstrates pulmonary mucormycosis complicated by pulmonary artery pseudoaneurysm.
