Chest pain

x-ray

Linear densities are seen in the right upper lobe.

No air space disease is seen.

There is blunting of the costophrenic angles.

The patient is status post vertebroplasty of L1 vertebra. Linear vertically-oriented density is seen adjacent to the L1 and L2 vertebrae representing cement extravasation in a paravertebral vein.
